- Payment Information: Transaction details processed through our payment provider (Viva Wallet). We do not store your full card details.
- Store Credentials: API keys and URLs for your connected e-commerce stores (encrypted at rest).

- Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and generation preferences.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
- Log Data: Error logs and performance data to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AI-powered image generation and copy writing services
- To process your wallet transactions and maintain your account balance
- To publish products to your connected e-commerce stores
- To send important service updates and notifications
- To provide customer support

3. Third-Party Services
We share your information with the following third-party services to provide our functionality:
- OpenAI: Product photos are sent to OpenAI's API for AI image generation and copywriting. OpenAI processes images according to their privacy policy.
- Replit Object Storage: Generated images are stored on Replit's secure object storage infrastructure for reliable delivery and access.
- Viva Wallet: Payment processing is handled by Viva Wallet, who processes payments according to their privacy policy.
- WooCommerce/Shopify/Etsy/eBay/Square/BigCommerce: Product data is sent to your connected stores for publishing.
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
- Product Data: Retained until you delete the product or your account.
- Generated Images: Stored indefinitely unless you delete them or your account.
- Transaction History: Retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
